Ecstatic Dance is a free-form expressive dance. There is no level of fitness or ability that one needs to do this dance. It is simply releasing your mind, listening to your body, and moving accordingly.

In Ecstatic Dance you allow your body to move authentically, in any way it wishes. There is no right or wrong steps so you don't have to be concerned about being aesthetic, graceful, disciplined, or contained as we're so often taught that dance is about. All you need do is to relax, surrender into the rhythms, and let your body's wisdom guide you to where you need to go.
